Jonathan Sau is a fine art photographer based in Waterloo, Ontario. His photographic interest includes natural and urban landscape, floral, close-up and still-life.
“I take lots of photographs. Some images capture beauty, others tell stories. Some convey moods, a few make you think. And sometimes, it’s all of the above. Photography encourages me to study my environment and portray it in different ways – find the image among clutter, take a different perspective, and experiment with creative techniques. It can be hard work, but also hugely rewarding – when a photograph turns out just the way I want it, and shows my audience the world through my lens.”Jonathan’s work has won awards at national photography competitions, and has been accepted for exhibition at international photography salon, local photographic art events, and juried art shows. He is a Canadian Association for Photographic Art (CAPA) certified judge.
